THE RESUME OF PATRICIA KINNEE

OBJECTIVE:
My goal is to instill in students a love for literature and learning that will last a lifetime. I will give each student compassion, respect and encouragement to succeed, as well as challenges to help them grow. By sharing my passion for literature and literacy, I hope to motivate my students so they too will gain a love of literature, language and of history through lessons that will carry through beyond their school years.

QUALIFICATIONS:
I hold a Secondary Education Provisional Certificate from the state of Michigan with a major in English and minor in History. I also hold a Master of Science in Education with a specialization in Literacy and Learning in the Content Areas. I also have more than 20 years experience in journalism as a writer and a photographer.
